Beautiful River side for tiny home

We are on the Whangamoa river and we have land to lease for a few tiny homes. The paddocks are fenced so you can also do gardens, chickens, horses or a few cows. You need to be prepared to be of grid and supply your own power. Right now there is very spotty cell phone coverage but we are scheduled to have some coverage in June. We are 25 min from Nelson and 15 min from Hira.
