Move with Ease Movement and Yoga Course with Lucy Tofield
I hope you are well. I wanted to share a 5-week movement and yoga course I am running on the North Shore, Auckland, starting the end of February with you all. The title is 'Move with Ease' and will be focused around exploring different ways of moving and getting to know your body. I teach a contemporary approach to yoga which is quite a different style to most yoga classes and someone once said to me that I teach yoga for people who 'don't like yoga' - mainly that there is no goal to get into a certain position, you do not need to be 'flexible' (I promise!) and there is no right or wrong way to move in these classes, it's about how YOU feel in YOUR body.
