Bootcamp, personal training or mobile personal training
I run group classes and personal training sessions from my gym or I can come to you.
Classes are kept to 8 people maximum to ensure I can continue to pride myself on being present for each person and helping people achieve their goals through teaching correct techniques.
Current members support my ethos of being non judgemental, super supportive and encouraging. They make the environment the great place it is.
I believe my classes are not like your average bootcamp session, they can be adapted and changed to suit people of all fitness levels and capabilities. There is a range if styles on different days so you can pick your favorites or come to all of them and not get bored!
