Our modern meeting rooms close to the Auckland Airport provide the perfect fit if your company is on the search for a suitable meeting, presentation, workshop or training venue. The professional setting of the rooms, with clean lines and enough tables for multiple layout options, enables the space to be modified to create the best arrangement for hosting your next meeting.


"Room Two": Capacity 14 – 16 attendees

+ U shape format: 14 attendees plus facilitator (2 attendees/table).

+ Classroom: 16 attendees plus facilitator (2 attendees/table).

+ $350+GST per day (Office hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm, weekdays only).

+ Located on second floor, no elevator available.


Amenities:

+ Clean, modern and spacious environment.

+ Receptionist, sign in process. Office hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm

+ New high quality audio/visual equipment (recently installed in each room):

Epson Projector – 3,800-lumen output and 15,000:1 contrast ratio. Devices are connected via High Speed HDMI cable and/or VGA with audio connection.

   Room 2 = 105″ Projector screen.

+ Climate controlled room.

+ Whiteboard, whiteboard markers provided for use. Filtered water, pens and pads provided.

+ Outside catering is allowed.

+ Kitchenette (not exclusive use).

+ Bathroom facilities (not exclusive use).

+ Large windows with natural light. Windows also have two layers of blinds for preferred lighting options.

+ Free onsite parking available.


Refreshments (additional):

Hot water, tea and coffee available.

Catered morning tea, lunch and/or afternoon tea available.

Custom pricing available on request.


Additional services:
