Yoga Classes on Zoom
Take time out to breathe, balance energy, stretch and relax in these interactive online classes (on the zoom platform) with Aus/NZ yoga instructor Tamara Waite.
These sessions combine hatha yoga (breathing, asana, meditation), qi kung and a little pilates. The groups are kept small so hat I can interact more easily with everyone and give feedback.
Sundays 9.30 - 10.30am - Beginners
Mondays 6.15 - 7.15pm - Intermediate
Wednesdays 8 - 9pm Yin (suitable for all levels)
Classes are free of charge through April, 2020.
